VIP tier status, cashback rates, and benefit eligibility are reviewed on a monthly basis. gawa88 reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefit values, and qualification criteria at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected members.
All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your Account Balance. gawa88 is not obliged to extend bonus validity periods except at its sole discretion.
All bets placed on gawa88 are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your selections — including market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming a wager. gawa88 will not reverse or amend a confirmed bet due to player error except in cases of demonstrable Platform malfunction.
gawa88 reserves the right to suspend, void, or restrict any market at any time, including after a bet has been placed, where it has reasonable grounds to do so — including but not limited to: late-breaking event information, data feed errors, obvious pricing errors, or integrity concerns.
